Rattler Medical participated in Special Operations Forces Arctic Medic, an exercise piloted by Special Operations Command North that focuses on keeping casualties alive, warm and moving in extreme cold.
In the Arctic, blood, tubing and equipment can freeze in minutes. LifeHold is built to both cool and warm its contents, keeping blood products in range regardless of the conditions outside the case.
